Jens-Christian Drawer, PhD student at the Institute of Physics, has won the Quantum Futur Award from the Federal Ministry of Education and Research for his outstanding Master's thesis.
The prize, which is endowed with 6,000 euros, honours theses that deal with new quantum technologies. In his thesis, Drawer realised and characterised a highly efficient single photon source.
