I am glad you are interested in or have already opted for studies at the Institute of Physics at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg. We will do everything to facilitate the entry into your studies and look after your further progress. Good working knowledge of mathematics significantly helps you getting started with your studies. To improve or refresh your mathamatical skills, we encourage you to participate in a two-week preparatory course mathematics offered prior to the start of the lecture period.
