Due to the rise in Covid infection numbers, protective measures at the university as a whole as well as at the university library will be increased.
As of Monday, Nov. 29, 2021, the 3G rule applies at both locations of the university library. Entrance to the buildings will only be permitted to persons vaccinated, recovered from Covid or with proof of a current negative test result.
Students and university employees can use the 3G registration points on Haarentor and Wechloy campuses to have certificates verified. Users who are not members of the university must present proof of their vaccination/recovery or an official negative test. A picture ID is required.
Entering the buildings and facilities of the University of Oldenburg without authorization is trespass and may be reported by the university and may have legal consequences.
In all university buildings and facilities it is mandatory
- to wear a medical face mask and
- to social distance from other persons.
