Change processes play a major role in many companies. The three-year psychodynamic-systemic training course "Supervision, Coaching and Organizational Development" at the C3L - Center for Lifelong Learning at the University of Oldenburg teaches how managers, employees and teams can be professionally supported in the event of challenges, conflicts or change processes.
The next training course under the academic direction of PD Dr. Joseph Rieforth is due to begin in October - applications can be submitted until March 31. Last week, the C3L bid farewell to 17 graduates. They now support clients in ensuring the quality of their work, reflecting on their professional actions and optimizing team processes. The certificates also allow for further certification with professional and specialist associations such as the German Society for Supervision and Coaching (DGSv) and the German Society for Systemic Therapy, Counseling and Family Therapy (DGSF).
