Continuing Education
For almost two decades, the C3L has been offering further education programmes in the fields of management & law, health & social affairs, education & science, counselling & communication, psychotherapy & outpatient institute and, more recently, in the field of energy and sustainability. With its part-time courses, the C3L has thus become an indispensable partner in university-based further education for companies, organisations and administrations, which also offers state training courses that conclude with a licence to practise (psychological psychotherapy and child and adolescent psychotherapy).
Theory and its application in practice
The results of research at the University of Oldenburg and other research partners are directly incorporated into the teaching-learning design of the continuing education programmes because we are committed to dovetailing current scientific findings with their application in practice. This unique selling point, combined with an excellent range of continuing education courses, first-class learner support and the best organisation of events, is what makes C3L stand out.

Content impulses from companies
The content of our further education programmes is often developed in close cooperation with or at the instigation of companies. We are constantly refining the content based on feedback and evaluation results from learners and companies.
Innovative teaching and learning methods
An essential prerequisite for the successful transfer of knowledge and acquisition of skills within our innovative programme formats is our C3LLO learning environment, which is suitable for imparting subject, methodological and application skills in a targeted manner. Working learners place special demands on the organisation of further education and knowledge transfer, which the C3L takes into account with a combination of face-to-face and online study.
