The Division 4 team provides technical, infrastructural and commercial services to ensure smooth building operations. Space management is carried out here and construction measures are organised and implemented.

In accordance with the law on the development of universities of applied sciences in Lower Saxony of 18 June 2009, building management is also carried out for the Jade University of Applied Sciences Wilhelmshaven Oldenburg Elsfleth .
