Division 3: Student and Academic Affairs
The student service centre (SSC) is the right place to go when you need information or advice on the application process, starting out at the university, organising your studies, going abroad or starting your professional career.

Office Hours at the turn of the year
Division 3 services will be available up to and including Friday, 20 December 2024. We will be back from Monday, 6 January 2025 during the regular office hours.
On 23/27/30 December 2024 and 02/03 January 2025, the InfoDesk and Student InfoLine (by phone on +49 (0)441/ 798 2728) can be reached from 9.30 am to 11.30 am.
Submitting documents within deadlines (e.g. thesis)
Use the post box:
Building V01, Ammerländer Heerstraße 114-118
Hand it in personally:
On 23/27/30 December 2024 from 9 am to 12 noon in Building V01 - central post office, entry across the car park behind the building
Mind the deadlines!
Documents with submission deadlines such as applications and term papers can only be submitted by the end of the InfoDesk service hours.
After the end of the current service hours, all documents that still require a receipt stamp from the current day must be placed in the post box in building V01 (Poststelle), Ammerländer Heerstraße 114-118.
Please use the same post box for dropping off mail after building A12 is closed.
