The student service centre (SSC) is the right place to go when you need information or advice on the application process, starting out at the university, organising your studies, going abroad or starting your professional career.

The office hours of the advisory services of Dezernat 3 will be cancelled without replacement on Thursday, 25 June 2026. The next consultation hour will take place on Tuesday, 30 June 2026 as usual from 2 pm.
The InfoDesk and the Student InfoLine will not be available in the morning of 25 June 2026.

Mind the deadlines!
Documents with submission deadlines such as applications and term papers can only be submitted by the end of the InfoDesk service hours.
After the end of the current service hours, all documents that still require a receipt stamp from the current day must be placed in the post box in building V01 (Poststelle), Ammerländer Heerstraße 114-118.
Please use the same post box for dropping off mail after building A12 is closed.
