The building A12 (Student Service Centre) will be closed from December 24th, 2019 up to and including January 3rd, 2020. At December 27th and 30th, 2019 and January 2nd to 3rd, 2020 only the InfoDesk will be open from 10 am to 12 pm.
The institutions of Department 3 including InfoLine Studium are available up to and including Monday, December 23rd, 2019 and on from Monday, January 6th, 2020. In January they will start with the regular office hours.
Delivery of documents with submission deadlines (e.g. thesis)
From December 23rd to January 3rd the following possibilities are available:

December 23rd, 27th and 30th, 2019 from 9 am - 12 pm
January 2nd to 3rd, 2020 from 7.30 am - 3.30 pm
- Building A12, SSC ground floor - InfoDesk:
December 23rd, 2019 from 9.30 am - 1 pm
December 27th and 30th, 2019 and January 2nd to 3rd, 2020 from 10 am - 12pm
The four sections and the service centre of Division 3 are the first point of contact for information and advice on applications, starting out at the university, studying, examinations, studying abroad and careers advice.
