Series of lectures on early childhood education

The lecture series "Early Childhood Education" offers scientific insights for educational work in the elementary and primary sector.

Prof Dr Anke Spies, educational scientist at the Institute of Educational Sciences, will open the interdisciplinary series of lectures on "Early Childhood Education" with a lecture on elementary and primary education. The lecture will take place on Wednesday, 18 April, 6.15 pm, at the University of Oldenburg (Haarentor campus, A01 0-008).

The public lecture series is organised by lecturers from the University of Oldenburg, the Centre for Lifelong Learning (C3L) and the Didactic Centre (diz). The lectures are aimed at educational professionals and teachers from primary schools and daycare centres, as well as students on teaching degree programmes and pedagogy. 14 lectures will deal with current issues in elementary and primary education and focus on topics relating to child and early childhood education from an educational science, specialised and didactic perspective.
