Movement breaks at the university's learning, teaching and working spaces


The aim of the movement break is to integrate more movement into the often sedentary university routine. It offers a short break and includes guided exercises to strengthen, stretch and relax the muscles.

There are two different types of movement breaks to choose from:

  1. Movement break for employees at the workplace
  2. Movement break for lectures and seminars
