Invented for life: Megatrends and Technology Innovation at Bosch

Abstract:

Innovation at Bosch Corporate Research grows at the cross-point of a worldwide megatrends (and challenges) analysis and of the technology push in different fields. The talk starts with a short overview of Bosch as an international group diving into more details of the Corporate Research Division and the Campus in Renningen. Research highlights of high relevance and actuality from smart mobility to smart agriculture as well as examples of long range standardization effects of publicly funded projects will exemplify our work and motivation.

Obout the author:

Dr. Rimini-Döring coordinates the publicly funded research activities of the Software Intensive Systems Division at Bosch GmbH. She is a member of the ITEA Steering Group and represents Bosch in the competence network SafeTRANS and in the European Institute for Complex Safety Critical Systems Engineering (EICOSE).
