Are you a prospective (foreign language) teacher and fancy an adventure abroad? Would you like to get to know a different education system and gain teaching experience at the same time?

Then apply for the Foreign Language Assistance Programme of the Pedagogical Exchange Service! Depending on the destination country, you will spend six to eleven months at a foreign school or university and support the teachers there in teaching German. You not only teach your own language and culture, but also get to know your host country and many new people. At the same time, you will improve your skills as a future teacher as well as your language skills and get paid for it!

Are you curious? Then come to the information event on 16.06.2025 at 6 pm in the Intercultural Meeting Place (A12) and find out more about the Foreign Language Assistance Programme.

DAAD programmes "Europa macht Schule" and "Back to School"

Dear students,

Are you studying here in Oldenburg and would you like to get involved in Europe and international exchange? Are you perhaps even an international student and interested in presenting your home country and culture in German schools?

Then perhaps the Europa macht Schule programme from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is something for you! They are currently looking for people to actively participate in the organisation of the programme.

If you have already completed a stay abroad, the Back to School programme may be of interest to you.

You can find more information on the flyers linked below, in the information for Oldenburg or international students on this website or directly here at the DAAD.
