Description

The seminar "Approaches to Organisations" provides an overview of conceptual approaches to organisations covering conceptualisations of organisations as rational, natural and open systems. We thereby cover the “classics” of organisational sociology while analysing their relevance for a modern, increasingly digitalized society. Students are encouraged to understand and apply the different approaches to real life examples.
