Offers at the Innovation Campus

The Innovation Campus at the University of Oldenburg is your creative and supportive environment for the development of innovative ideas and the construction of analogue and digital prototypes.

With an innovation workshop, a digital lab and a social innovation lab, the Innovation Campus combines three central locations for creative work, technological development and social added value. Since its opening in February 2020, the "Innocampus" has provided state-of-the-art equipment, including various 3D printers, media studios, AI infrastructure and a turning and milling machine. This allows ideas to be turned into tangible prototypes and promotes the transfer of knowledge into practice and society. The offer is complemented by creative workshops on design thinking, LEGO® Serious Play® and entrepreneurial thinking as part of the YES programme.

The programmes offered by the Innovation Campus are available free of charge to those interested in founding a company as well as researchers, teachers and students at the university and the Jade University of Applied Sciences. In addition to university members, companies can also use the facilities for science-related activities. The prerequisite for this is that the results and activities are made transparent in terms of knowledge transfer so that they benefit the region.
