Recognitions - Forms

Please complete the following forms electronically:

  • the specific forms for the study subjects and the professionalisation area (teaching career goal)
  • the blank form for individual modules or the professionalisation area (extracurricular career goal)

Submit the forms with the relevant evidence by email to the Recognition Team at the Academic Examinations Office.

Information on the content and examination achievements of the individual modules can be found in the subject-specific attachments to the examination regulations and the module descriptions in Stud.IP.

If the attachments do not correspond to your examination regulations, please use the blank attachment for the professionalisation area.
