Recognitions - Forms
Current waiting period: approx. 3 months
The indicated waiting period refers to how long you must wait after submitting your application documents before the Team Recognition is able to process your application.
After your application is processed by the Team Recognition Team it will be forwarded to the relevant subject represantative for a decision. You can find more information in the recognition process described on the main page.
Due to the high volume of emails, we do not answer status inquiries by email. If you have questions, please contact us by phone during our office hours or visit one of our in-person consultation sessions.

When contacting us by telephone, please also have your Student ID number (if already registered at our university) ready.
Recognitions - Forms
Please complete the following forms electronically:
- the specific forms for the study subjects and the professionalisation area (teaching career goal)
- the blank form for individual modules or the professionalisation area (extracurricular career goal)
Submit the forms with the relevant evidence by email to the Recognition Team at the Academic Examinations Office.
Information on the content and examination achievements of the individual modules can be found in the subject-specific attachments to the examination regulations and the module descriptions in Stud.IP.
If the attachments do not correspond to your examination regulations, please use the blank attachment for the professionalisation area.
