Be on time with c.t. and s.t.

The announcement 8 - 10 a.m. c.t. means that the course starts at 8.15 a.m. and ends at 9.45 a.m.
s.t. - sine tempore
s.t. (lat.: without time) means that a course begins at the specified time, not a quarter of an hour later.
