Office Hours at the turn of the year
Division 3 services will be available up to and including Thursday, 18 December 2025.
From 22 December 2025 to 2 January 2026, SSC / A12 including the InfoLine will be closed. Division 3 services will be available again as normal from 5 January 2026.

Central point of contact
InfoService combines the services of InfoDesk in the SSC foyer and the Student InfoLine.
These are the first contact points for students and prospective students who wish to contact the services of Division 3.
For complex matters, we will direct you to the member of staff best suited to help you with your enquiry.

SSC InfoDesk - what kind of requests can you get help for?
- Here you can get tickets for the following office hours:
- Pre-sorting of requests and directing you to the member of staff of Division 3 who is best suited
- Brief enquiries about application, enrolment and examinations matters
- Receipt of documents (requests and applications)
- Return of not received semester documents
Post trays
Documents with submission deadlines such as applications and documents may only be handed in within the consultation hours of the InfoDesk.
After end of the particular consultation hour all documents which must be stamped on receipt with the current date should be placed into the post box in building V01 (Poststelle), Ammerländer Heerstraße 118. Please also use this post box for other post addressed to the Student Service Centre, if it is outside opening hours.
Theses cannot be submitted to the InfoDesk. Theses must be submitted by email to the responsible team at the Examinations Office before the deadline. If you have any further questions regarding the submission of theses, please refer to the Theses FAQ.
