Business Administration (extra-occupational) - Bachelor's Programme
Achieve your goals together!
You've already learnt on the job what counts in business. Now, you want to shape things yourself and take on responsibility. To implement ideas. To develop teams. To improve the tried and tested, and to break new ground. This part-time Bachelor’s degree programme provides you with a solid foundation in business administration and the skills for future business.
Orientation and Goals
The degree programme qualifies experts, managers and young professionals to take on management responsibilities in business, administration, associations and organisations on a part-time basis. Students receive further training for current tasks in their profession, and new carrier opportunities are opened up by acquiring up-to-date specialist business knowledge and mastering an entrepreneurial mindset.
Whilst the degree programme's compulsory modules focus on conventional functional areas of business administration, the range of elective modules allows students to choose their own focus. Students select two of the five specialisms available:
- Innovation and Sustainability
- Human Resources and Leadership
- Digital Business Management
- Marketing
- Sport and Industry
The specialisms teach specialist knowledge in selected business areas of activity with a high degree of business relevance for today and in the future.
