The two image analysis workstations are located next to the Jeol TEM.

The offline AZTEC version of Oxford (analysis of EDX data) and two software packages of TEMography (for 3D rendering) are installed on one PC. 

And the second PC has a JEOL SEM software is installed on it.

This PCs can be used without prior booking.
