The electron and light microscopy service unit of the School of Mathematics and Sciences of the Carl von Ossietzky University Oldenburg. It is affiliated to the Sensory Biology of Animals of Prof. Dr. Michael Winklhofer (Institute of Biology and Environmental Sciences (IBU)) and actually operates a JEOL IT800 (Installed March 2024) scanning electron microscope (SEM) and two transmission electron microscopes (TEMs), a Zeiss EM900N and a Jeol2100F.
