Apart from carrying out general administrative tasks for the BI, we plan and organize the investment process for equipment costing from EUR 5,000 to 200,000 (trust funds) for the entire university.

We also support you with the procurement of major research instrumentation according to Section 91b (1) of the German Basic Law and submitting applications to the German Research Foundation (DFG).

We also manage funds for technical installations in accordance with DIN276.
