In addition to general secretarial tasks in the BI, we carry out the planning, organisation and financial monitoring of investments from 5,000 euros to 200,000 euros (trust funds) for the entire university.

Our activities also include the organisation process for large-scale research equipment in accordance with Article 91b (1) of the Basic Law and support in submitting applications to the German ResearchFoundation (DFG).

We are also responsible for the administration of funds for operational installations in accordance with DIN276.
