As soon as we receive an order for you, we will inform you by email with the parcel number. We ask colleagues at the Wechloy site to collect their order promptly from the goods receiving department.

At the other university locations, there will usually be a one-off attempt to deliver the goods on Tuesday morning or Thursday morning.

If we are unable to meet you, we will leave a corresponding notification on site. In this case, please collect your order promptly and independently from the goods receiving centre at the Wechloy site, quoting the parcel number.
