Scholarships for DMV Student Conference 2024

The application deadline is July 1, 2024. At the student conference, graduates can present their theses, make new contacts and find out about job opportunities in company workshops.
The DMV Student Conference 2024 will take place from October 7 - 9, 2024 in Ilmenau.

There, graduates can present their theses (Bachelor, Master, M.Ed.), make new contacts and find out about job opportunities in company workshops. The best presentations will be awarded attractive prizes. In addition, there will be several presentations by experts on current topics in mathematics (e.g. machine learning).

The Institute of Mathematics will award up to 5
travel grants

in the amount of 300,- Euro each. Anyone who graduated from the IfM in the period 1.8.2023 - 1.7.2024 with a grade of at least 1.3 can apply.

The following information is required for your application Thesis grade, name of supervisor, grade overview. Please send your short application letter by 1.7.2024 to the Director of the IfM, Prof. Dr. Konstantin Pankrashkin, by email (konstantin.pankrashkin@uol.de) or via the post box on the 2nd floor.
