The Multimedia Centre compiles recordings of television programmes on DVD for Oldenburg University teaching staff and institutions to use for teaching and research. Recordings can be made from the free-to-air satellite channels Astra and Hotbird, as well as the cable network. We do not receive pay TV channels.

Please email us your recording requests at least one working day in advance. We can also record at shorter notice if you contact us by phone.

We also welcome your suggestions of TV programmes to record for our archives.
