Exhibition stand
Note on photographs
Photographs will be taken at the Career Day, which we would like to use for reporting purposes (press releases, university website, LinkedIn, Instagram), for documentation and information purposes and to promote the Career Day in the coming year. These recordings are linked to the pictorial representation of persons present, whereby the selection of persons is partly random. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the photographer accordingly.
Furthermore, if you do not agree with a specific publication that has already taken place, please notify us immediately with a precise reference to the image in question. In this case, the photo will be removed within a reasonable period of time and no longer published.
Exhibition stand
We offer you an ideal environment for your exhibition stand in the prestigious premises of the Lecture Hall Centre of the University of Oldenburg.
You can choose between the two exhibition areas Premium or Standard . In the Premium area you can also choose between two stand sizes - 7.5m² or 5m² - and in the Standard area between the two levels ground floor or upper floor.
Premium exhibition area
Premium package I
- 7.5 m² stand space on the ground floor incl. 1 high table and 2 bar stools
- Company presentation in the online trade fair guide, in the trade fair flyer and in the list of exhibitors on our website
- Use of the digital job wall
- Catering with drinks and snacks for up to 3 people
Price: 1,100 euros
Premium Package II
- 5 m² stand space on the ground floor incl. 1 high table and 2 bar stools
- Company presentation in the online trade fair guide, in the trade fair flyer and in the list of exhibitors on our website
- Use of the digital job wall
- Catering with drinks and snacks for up to 3 people
Price: 850 euros
Standard exhibition area
Standard package I
- 5 m² stand space on the ground floor incl. 1 high table and 2 bar stools

Price: 650 euros
Standard Package II
- 5 m² stand space on the upper floor incl. 1 high table and 2 bar stools

- Catering with drinks and snacks for up to 3 people
Price: 500 euros
(50% discount for non-profit organisations on the standard EG and OG package)
