On the last 18^th November 2024 the fourth cross-border health meet-up took place at the House of Connections in the heart of Groningen city. For the first time, the Cross-border Institute of Healthcare Systems and Prevention (CBI) together with Rijnland Instituut  co-organized this event. Around 100 persons attended the event from both sides of the border and representing different entities. More details about the event can be seen here.

The CBI, launched in February 2019, is a joint initiative of the School of Medicine and Health Sciences of the University of Oldenburg and the University of Groningen / University Medical Center Groningen. The Aletta Jacobs School of Public Health in Groningen and the Department of the Health Services Research of the University of Oldenburg serve as coordinators of the CBI.
