1979 - 84 Studied music and biology LA Gymnasium at the University/ Gesamthochschule Kassel, 1st State Examination
1985 - 91 Studied at the University of Music, Bremen; first piano pedagogy, then stage qualification in piano
Since 1988 teaching piano at various universities in the subject of music
since 1993 Teaching staff for special tasks, then artistic assistant at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg in the Institute of Music
Music theatre projects from previous semesters
CAST - The ultimate show WS 2007/08 and SS 2008
In collaboration with the youth theatre group Rollentausch under the direction of Jörg Kowollik and 11 students from the Institute of Music, we created a musical revue on the subject of self-presentation in casting situations such as DSDS or Germany's next Top Model. Accompanied by various Bachelor's theses and study-related module completions, we showed - with our own songs and our own band - the various stages of an attempted rise through self-staging and "setting the scene" as well as the possible reactions to success and failure. The performance venues were the university auditorium and - as part of the School Theatre Days - the Oldenburg State Theatre.
