Music theatre projects from previous semesters

CAST - The ultimate show WS 2007/08 and SS 2008 In collaboration with the youth theatre group Rollentausch under the direction of Jörg Kowollik and 11 students from the Institute of Music, we created a musical revue on the subject of self-presentation in casting situations such as DSDS or Germany's next Top Model. Accompanied by various Bachelor's theses and study-related module completions, we showed - with our own songs and our own band - the various stages of an attempted rise through self-staging and "setting the scene" as well as the possible reactions to success and failure. The performance venues were the university auditorium and - as part of the School Theatre Days - the Oldenburg State Theatre.
