Templates: Presentations
In addition to the presentations about the university available from Press and Communication, we also provide templates here that you can use to create your own presentations
Scientific posters
You can find the template for academic posters here (available to university staff and students):
As you can see from the template, a blue area (UOL blue) featuring a white university logo and the CD emblem is placed at the top. The poster title is set in white within the blue area. All other content can be arranged within the designated area. Please place any additional logos in the lower section.
Where possible, the house font Nunito Sans should be used for all content; alternatively, the standard font Arial may be used. All text, including headings and highlighted text, should be set in mixed case.
Please also note:
- do not place faded graphics or images in the background
- do not use effects such as shadows, distortions or gradients
- Where possible, do not place text on images
Presentations
You can find the template for PowerPoint and LaTeX presentations here (available to members of the university):
As you can see from the template, presentations are generally created with a 16:9 aspect ratio. A blue bar featuring the logo and CD sheet runs through the presentation as a consistent branding element.
In exceptional cases, this area may be omitted for particularly extensive academic presentations. Please feel free to contact us:
