Timetable
The funds are applied for annually in February via the International Office at the National Agency for Erasmus, NA DAAD.
The programme coordinator’s application must therefore be submitted by the end of January at the latest using the planned BIP registration form (see download on the left). Notification of funding is expected in June/July of that year.
The programme coordinator should then undertake detailed planning, the call for applications and public relations work for the BIP over the summer.
