IT-Service-Desk
The IT Service Desk is the central contact point. It accepts questions and requests for IT services as well as fault reports from all authorised users of the university's IT services at any time at servicedesk@uol.de or via the service portal.
If, despite our online help, you are unable to cope with our IT services, our IT advisory service will be happy to provide you with advice and assistance in addition to the IT service desk.
The staff of the IT Service Desk can also be reached by telephone at the times indicated below:

* Please note that on working days before a public holiday the service hours of Friday apply.
If in individual cases the service desk does not provide you with the promised IT service in the agreed quality, please contact the IT services managers as an escalation instance.
