If you are a member of an RTG (GRK), CRC (SFB) or another structured programme,
Documents certifying the information are requested by the Graduate School OLTECH at a later date.

  
17 Confirmation of data protection and completeness
The data processing is carried out in accordance with the data protection guidelines of the University of Oldenburg (https://uol.de/datenschutzerklaerung) in conjunction with § 17 NHG (www.nds-voris.de).
Information is treated as confidential according to the data protection Information: Informationen nach Art. 13 DSGVO zum Verfahren „Mitgliedschaft, Zulassung und Prüfungsverwaltung in der Graduiertenschule OLTECH“ (Application_OLTECH_data_protection_2021.pdf).

After submitting your data via the submit button, you will receive an automatic email with a confirmation link (please also check the spam folder). The confirmation link will take you back to the UOL website to confirm the entry of your data and finally submit the form to OLTECH. As soon as OLTECH has received the online application, OLTECH will contact you by email to initiate the admission process.
