OLTECH Curriculum
To provide orientation and quality assurance for the Graduate School's programme, a curriculum was developed that offers a balanced structure of modules covering all relevant areas of competence.
Documentation of Achievements
Here you will find various templates and documents to document your participation in courses, workshops, conferences and other achievements during your doctorate. This way you will always be up to date!
As a final step, we will issue you with a final certificate or Transcript of Records (TOR) listing your achievements and the skills you have developed.

Module overview list
To keep track of the events and achievements you have completed, you can download a module overview list that you can edit yourself on a regular basis. So you can always keep track!
NEW: In future, all OLTECH members will have access to a standardized module overview list that serves as a guide and orientation and covers all relevant module and competence areas. New module overview list basic curriculum and specialization

To prove your participation in events or to document other achievements, you can download the following document for the confirmation of participation , fill it out and have it signed.

If you have not fulfilled all the requirements for the successful completion of the basic curriculum (minimum 30 ECTS) or a doctoral degree/PhD study programme at the end of the doctoral period, you can still receive a TOR from us listing all the courses you have attended.
Please also:
- Check your list of modules, if all courses etc. are listed.
- Contact your programme coordinator or OLTECH.
Final Certificate
How to get the final certificate?
- Please contact your programme coordinator or OLTECH latest 3 months before you will finish your doctorate/PhD thesis!
- Please check your module overview list, if all courses etc are listed.
- Please send us scanned copies of the signed module (participation) certificates for all courses, conferences ect (except for workshops organized directly by OLTECH).
- Make an appointment to clarify open questions.
- Send us the date of your thesis defence as soon as you know it.
- You will receive the final certificate sealed by the examination’s office after your successful thesis defense by the Graduate School OLTECH.
