We are supervising Practical Projects, Master’s theses, and Bachelor’s theses. Topics range from clinical neuropsychology and neurorehabilitation to basic science motor imagery / motor cognition and motor-imagery based neurofeedback studies. Our main methods are EEG and fNIRS. If you are interested in doing either in one of these areas please get in touch to discuss potential projects.
Topics for theses based on existing data sets include neurocognitive correlates of motor imagery and motor imagery in combination with neurofeedback, and samples of young and older healthy adults as well as stroke patients. All topics require the in-depth analysis of either EEG, fNIRS, or fMRI data, or a combination of those, with MATLAB-based software and MATLAB.
Students are welcome to inquire about possible topics.
