Course description This course has a duration of 56 teaching hours; 6 credit points are awarded for successful participation*. Target group: This course is aimed at students of Faculty II in the fields of economics and law with a good knowledge of French (approx. 5-7 years of French at school) who have either: - acquired DELF B1 or DELF B2", or the module "French preparation for DELF B2" or immersion module 2" of the Language Centre of the University, - or have successfully completed the module "Business French 1", - or have taken part in a counselling interview and a placement test at the Language Centre. This course serves as preparation for longer study and research stays, qualified professional internships in France and the Francophone world. This course is especially recommended for participants of the German-French double Bachelor's programmes and Master's students who will communicate exclusively in French during an ERASMUS+ stay or who would like to work in France or with international organisations after their studies. It is particularly addressed to students of double degree programmes (Bachelor and Master) who, within the framework of their studies and/or ERASMUS+, need to communicate only in French during their stay and/or wish to work in France, in French-speaking countries or in international organisations after their studies. Working materials: Will be discussed with the teacher at the beginning of the semester. They will be taken from the current media (Le Monde/Le Monde Diplomatique/Les Echos/ / Le Point/ L'Express/ TV5).
