2.1 Duration for which the personal data are stored
The personal data will be processed for the duration of the membership in the alumni network, i.e. until revocation.
2.2 Purpose(s) for which personal data are processed:
Maintaining contact between the School VI Medicine and Health Sciences and students or its graduates, including invitations to events, sending further information if necessary, offers to contact students/other alumni, alumni surveys, offers for involvement in teaching.
In addition, with appropriate additional consent to participate in the university-centred alumni programme:
Maintaining contact between the UOL as a whole and its students and graduates, including providing an alumni e-mail address (incl. access to Eduroam), offering regular receipt of the research journal EINBLICKE, newsletter.
2.3 Legal basis for processing
Consent of the data subject, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a. DSGVO. This is granted by corresponding opt-in in the online form and pressing the "Send" button.

Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties.
If you consent to the forwarding of your data to the central alumni management of the University of Oldenburg, your data will be forwarded internally to this office for the purposes stated in section 2.2.
4 Your rights as a data subject

As a data subject, you have the following rights:
