Registration procedure / Data protection for online events
Registration procedure
Registration is not required. Attendance at this event is limited to 90 people. You can dial in from 5 minutes before the event begins.
Admission to the event will be granted in the order in which you dial in, until the maximum number of participants is reached. If you see the following message after joining, you are in the ‘waiting room’:
Please wait until a moderator approves your participation in the meeting. Please wait for a moderator to approve you joining the meeting.
In this case, keep the tab open and wait – there is no need to refresh the page, as doing so will cause you to lose your place in the queue and you will have to join the back of the queue again. If you have not been granted admission by five minutes after the start of the event, the event is already fully booked.
