It's summer! The University of Oldenburg traditionally celebrates this feeling with its International Summer Fest. A diverse program awaits you: An intercultural marketplace with stalls run by international students, clubs and university institutions will offer information and culinary treats. 
The city of Oldenburg is also taking part and will be providing information on the skilled labour initiative, residence rights and opportunities for honourary office/posts, among other things. The newest addition to the international Summer fest is a flea market. It is part of a joint project by the Climate Protection Management and the International Office, all in the spirit of sustainability. 

Music and dance performances on the festival stage will create a special summer feeling. Those who feel inspired by the intercultural atmosphere are cordially invited to seek advice on stays abroad at the International Office (IO) booth. Our youngest visitors can let off steam with the games offered by Spielefant. 

The topic climate-neutral energy supply of the future is also represented. The University’s successful project for the Science Year 2025 called “Watt Willst Du” can be visited.

The University of Oldenburg is a welcoming university. There is no place for nationalism and racism at our university. The international summer festival represents this commitment.
