By setting up a stall at the International Summer Fest, you accept the following terms of use:

  • The stand may not display or sell any harassing, discriminatory, defamatory or threatening material.
  • Racist, sexist, anti-Semitic or political content is not permitted.

Application for the flea market

Registrations for the next International Summer Fest will be open from now. Impressions of the past years are available here.

The UOL’s Summer Fest now features another sustainable attraction – a vibrant flea market, where students can turn pre-loved items into treasured finds. Born from our sustainability pioneer program, this initiative strengthens the circular economy while building a stronger campus community. Every purchase and sale at our flea market not only saves money but also contributes to a greener future for our university.

Important information

Setting-up a flea market stall

  • The set-up of the stalls begins on June 04 at 2 pm.
  • Stalls must be set up by 4 pm at the latest and operated at least until 8 pm.
  • The International Summer Fair starts at 4 pm and ends at 9.30 pm.
  • A deposit of EUR 20 per stall will be charged or you can hand in your Campus Card as a deposit.
  • Stalls must be taken down by 10 pm. Clean the tables you have used and return them properly. Only then will you get your deposit back.
  • Commercial vendors are not accepted at the International Summer Fest.
  • Please note that items that do not comply with our code of conduct will be excluded from the flea market.

All personal data related to your application for the International Summer Fest are processed in accordance with the European Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). Such data shall be processed solely in connection with the International Summer Fest by the University of Oldenburg. You can gain access to your personal data on written request and correct any information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
