How can you get involved?

All citizens, but also legal entities such as companies, foundations and other institutions can participate in the Deutschlandstipendium as sponsors.

Every single contribution helps to ensure overall success - whether you donate €10 to our scholarship fund or opt for a full scholarship of €1,800.

In our online form, you can choose from eleven different contribution amounts ranging from €10 to €1,000 and from one to five full scholarships (€1,800 to €9,000). Select the option you want, enter your personal data, decide on a payment method - and you're done.

Would you like to receive targeted funding?

In addition to the possibility of awarding 'unrestricted' scholarships, i.e. for students from all subject areas, you also have the opportunity to specifically support students of Medicine, German Studies or Economics, for example. We receive outstanding applications from all faculties.

In our online form, if you donate a contribution of €1,800 or more, we ask you to indicate the 'type of sponsorship'. There you can specify to which faculty the scholarships you donate should be awarded. In addition, you can select a 'different subject': this includes both individual subjects (such as computer science, art, psychology or physics) as well as more specific wishes that do not actually cover 'subjects', such as support for students with children, with a migration background, students from certain regions or birth cohorts.

Donate several scholarships at once?

Great! You can fund as generously as you like.

The funding quota of the universities is limited to 1.5 percent of the student body. This means that currently over 200 talented students can be sponsored each year. Yet behind every application is a hopeful, often young person who not only receives financial support, but also - just as valuable - social recognition for achievements made.

Following a destiny over the years?

If your scholarship holder's achievements allow for a renewed award, we are very happy to maintain and strengthen already established ties between sponsors and scholarship holders over the years. The Deutschlandstipendium is designed to support individuals throughout their studies.
