Gender Equality/Diversity
The work area of Equal Opportunities within the Unit for Structural Planning and Development includes the following tasks:
- Development of university-wide concepts and strategies focusing on gender equality and diversity
- Supporting structural development planning in the area of Equal Opportunities (especially with regard to gender equality and diversity)
- Coordinating the development, implementation and evaluation of the University’s Gender Equality Action Plan
- Development and implementation of the University’s diversity strategy
- Coordinating internal and external reporting on gender equality and diversity
- Designing, implementing and evaluating measures, projects and programs to promote gender equality
(e. g. for the Female Professors Programme of the federal government and the German states) - Networking within the university as well as with external actors
