In this project we focus on dipterans around cattle farms - respectively Muscidae and Ceratopogonidae. Our goal is to analyze and characterize the most important breeding sites of species, which can be potential carriers of vector-borne diseases. Moreover, we intend to compare and optimize different and innovative vector control methods in order to reduce the dipterans' influence on cattles.
