Since the last amendment to the General Rules of Procedure on 7 March 2018, published in the Official Notices on 16 March 2018, draft resolutions and proposals must be submitted to the person responsible for convening the meeting no later than 5 working days(instead of the previous 5 days) before the invitations are sent out.

The deadline for submitting proposals therefore ends 14 days before the meeting date; any public holiday falling within this period extends the deadline for administrative processing or shortens it for the applicants. The specific deadlines for submitting proposals can be found under the upcoming meeting dates.

Exception: Justified urgent applications are exempt from these deadlines – please contact us, stating your reasons, as soon as you realise that you will be unable to meet the specified deadline!

Please submit proposals by the deadline, including a fully drafted proposed resolution and all documents relevant to the decision, using the application form mentioned above, by email to: and cc’d to .

Please also submit your proposals to the Faculty Council even if they must first be approved by the Study Commission and only then by the Faculty Council (please feel free to CC the Study Commission in the email).
