Dear users,
We are the first point of contact for IT issues in School I:
- Technical support for scientists and employees of the FKI
- Ordering IT, multimedia devices, software, etc.
- Planning multimedia solutions for teaching and research
- Administration and setup of servers
- Support of Apple devices via mobile device management
- Issue of mobile conference solutions & cameras for teaching
- Technical support for thesis defences, habilitations and recruitment procedures

How do I place an IT order?
There are two ways to place an order:
- by email to
- via our web interface → servicedesk.uni-oldenburg.de → Self-Service-Portal → IT Support of the FKI → IT Order to School I
Two important notes:
If you choose the route via the web interface - don't worry:
An order will only be triggered after verification - you simply provide us with all the necessary information with the order form.
We will get back to you if we have any queries.
Attention: Please do not order technology independently via the EDE portal, but choose one of the above-mentioned methods!
