We are looking for healthy volunteers between the ages of 18 and 60 for our study:

"Investigation of molecular mechanisms of platelet function and activation".

As part of the study, we would like to investigate mechanisms of blood coagulation, in particular the function of platelets, and require a small blood donation (40 mL) for our experiments.

The study is part of basic research and should help to gain a deeper understanding of the activation of blood platelets and thus enable new approaches in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, for example.

The blood collection will take place in the rooms of the Department of Pharmacology on the Wechloy campus. The time required is approx. 20 minutes. You will receive an expense allowance of €10.
