Kimberley Peters appointed Professor of Marine Governance

Dr. Kimberley Peters has been appointed to a joint professorship for Marine Governance at the Institute for Chemistry and Biology of the Marine Environment (ICBM) of the University of Oldenburg and the Helmholtz Centre for Polar and Marine Research (AWI) in Bremerhaven.

Dr. Kimberley Peters has been appointed to a joint professorship for Marine Governance at the Institute for Chemistry and Biology of the Marine Environment (ICBM) of the University of Oldenburg and the Helmholtz Centre for Polar and Marine Research (AWI) in Bremerhaven. In the future, Dr. Peters will work at the Helmholtz Institute for Functional Marine Biodiversity (HIFMB), as Professor of Marine Governance, developing the social science dimensions of understanding the changing water worlds. Previously, she was a lecturer for Human Geography  at the University of Liverpool (UK)..
