Resilient Research: Tools for Thriving in Research in Times of Crisis
As part of the Oldenburg Climate Symposium, we are offering an ECR workshop for postdocs, master’s and PhD students.
10th September 15:30 – 17:00 – Hörsaalzentrum University of Oldenburg A14 - Hörsaal 3
In this workshop, researchers will learn how to maintain focus, wellbeing, and motivation during times of crisis. We will explore psychological perspectives on resilience, provide practical tools to manage stress and uncertainty, and discuss strategies to balance emotional well-being with professional demands. Through a blend of theoretical input and practical exercises, this workshop seeks to empower researchers to navigate challenging times with confidence and strength.
