University Information Day 2011
Everyday student life up close: University Information Day at the University of Oldenburg
Experience the university up close, get a taste of lectures and seminars and find out all about studying - this is what pupils and other prospective students can do at the University of Oldenburg's University Information Day (HIT), which takes place on Friday, 1 July. The event is organised by the Central Student Advisory Service (ZSB). Over 3,000 visitors from the entire north-west region are expected to attend. They will be able to attend presentations on the 40 or so Bachelor's degree programmes, library tours and regular lectures. Discussion rounds with students offer an insight into everyday study life.
The Central Student Advisory Service and other university service centres will provide information on admission requirements, studying abroad, studying with disabilities and issues relating to student financing. If you are looking for a one-to-one discussion, the information stands in the foyer of the lecture hall centre A14 on Uhlhornsweg will provide information on all important topics relating to studying. Bus routes 306 and 310 can be used free of charge for journeys between the two university campuses with a ticket from the programme booklet.
