Furthermore, we are committed to open science communication as the practice of conveying scientific information and discoveries to non-expert and lay people audiences in a clear, engaging, and accessible manner. In this vein, several of our team members are active in SCoP - the Science Communication of the Department of Psychology (https://uol.de/en/psychology/scop), a group of scientists at various stages of their carreers who aim to foster public outreach and engagement, as well as inform the public about novel scientific findings and actively counteract misinformation campaigns.
