Basic sonography course
Course title: Basic Sonography Course

Course description: The course comprises eight modules and is offered several times a year.
Course content: Introduction & equipment familiarisation, extended FAST, liver and gallbladder, Kidney & Pancreas, Terminology & Diagnostics, Cervical Lymph Nodes & thyroid gland, vessels of the lower extremities, final examination.
Realisation: The course takes place once a week in a fixed group of three. Optionally on Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays from 17.00 to20.00 hrs.
Notes: The first and last dates take place together.
Prerequisite for participation: Students in their 5th year of study and in PJ.
Registration: Registration takes place via the Stud.IP event.
