Head of Section
The professional development/organizational development (PE/OE) section plans and coordinates measures and projects for staff training and personnel development. They support and coordinate processes and projects for organizational development and change management.
The programme of professional training is updated twice a year. Courses in the following areas are offered:
- Management, organization and work methods
- Communication, collaboration and service orientation
- Introduction to the university
- IT proficiency
- Health and keeping healthy
If your team or department have specific needs for professional training, we can help you to plan a suitable training course, make organizational arrangements and liaise with instructors.
The professional development and organizational development section support the university in the analysis, design and implementation of change processes. The objective of process management at the University is to standardize and simplify processes while respecting different subject cultures.
